Rental Booking and Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions

  1. This is Timeshare Rental through the Tsogo Sun Accredited Agent who operates independently from the Resort.
  2. Please be 100% sure of the dates you are paying for as bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable as we pay owners directly.
  3. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to bookings or refund any cancellations irrespective of how far in advance your reservation commences. We do not own any units.
  4. If you are unable to use the week you have booked and paid for, we can only endeavour to re-rent the week out on your behalf at a market related price at the time of re-rental request. This re-rental, however, is not a guarantee. An admin fee of 20% will be charged if we are successful in re-letting the unit.
  5. We are also unable to refund last minute cancellations due to natural disasters or severe weather incidents impacting the location of destination, the departure destination or the route to the destination. Please contact your insurance company or take out additional travel insurance that covers this if you have concerns about such an occurrence.
  6. All view and room requests are sent through to the Resort administration but are not guaranteed.
  7. If accommodation is booked for a specific event or festival, please confirm those dates with the event organizers. The Agent will not be held responsible for any cancellations due to change in festival/event dates, cancellation of a festival/event, misquotation of festival dates or misinformation given regarding any event by the booking Agent.
  8. Please ensure you have obtained correct information from the festival organizers.
  9. The Agent will not be held responsible for incorrect dates booked by a guest or cancellations due to flight cancellations, change of plans or if occupants are asked to leave the Resort or prevented from checking due to contravention of Resort Management rules.
  10. The Resort you have booked may be busy with upgrades or undergoing maintenance during your stay. If this is a concern for you, please let us know so we can try find out for you or you may contact the Resort directly.
  11. The Agent will not be held responsible for any noise or disruption during your stay as a result of maintenance or upgrades.
  12. The Resort reserves the right to change the unit number provided it is the same room type.
  13. Although every effort has been made to obtain and present accurate information, we cannot be held liable for any incorrect information supplied on this website regarding the resort.
  14. Payment for this booking is deemed acceptance of this rental as well as its terms and conditions.

House Rules and Rate Inclusions

  1. Use of the Resort Rooms and Facilities are subject to the Resort management rules and “Rights of Use of a Timeshare Holder’’ located from the Resort “Use Agreement”.
  2. This booking is for accommodation only.
  3. All meals and telephone will be for your own account.
  4. We cannot guarantee a room number or view direction, however, we will put in a request with the Resort administration should you wish for a specific room view.
  5. Some Resorts require that the person signing the registration card and thereby accepting responsibility, must be at least 21 years of age and must remain in occupation during the entire week.
